Testing Notes:
Devices power on
Display is clear on the MST-28-N-711S, also able to adjust temperatures
Fan operates on both devices
Unclear how much refrigerant remains in each device, both were tested as is
Temperature on the MST-28 goes down to as low as 32, didn't get to that in testing
Additional Notes:
With a ambient temperature of 80 in our warehouse the MST got down to around 39 F
The MST held the cooler temperatures with no issues
MUR-28 did not cool despite adjusting the dial
Each unit will need proper maintenance and sanitation before use
Devices were ran for an extended period of time to ensure optimal operating conditions
MST can fit 8 sixth pans but is interchangeable
Both devices measure 27.5 inches of table top space
