Booted up with no issues
LEDs illuminate accordingly
Shade button and lens shift works
Display is clear as well as the audio
VGA, HDMI, and S-Video were all tested
Digital zoom works and focus works
Additional Notes:
If the lens shift is adjusted down to a certain level refraction of the image appears causing a "duplicate" image. See photos for a better representation of this.

The hours in the menu are an approximate representation of the lamp and bulb hours, however these do not guarantee the lifetime of the bulb, lamp and/or other components.
Lens may have light, hard to see scratches that don't effect image quality
