Operating Condition: Working
Physical Condition: Scuffing and scratches, slight discoloration and labels as well as residue from tape as well as labels

Testing Notes:
Device powered and lit up
Had to calibrate device to work with Windows 10 PC to test 
In Windows 10 went to device manager and unclicked hidden devices and the keyboard showed up in keyboards
Manually updated the drivers by right clicking the PS/2 accessory in the keyboard section of device manager
Searched for manually and added PS/2 drivers to keyboard, ignored prompt that device was not updated
Restarted the PC and the PC was then able to recognize and register all keystrokes from the keyboard

Additional Notes:
All buttons were responsive and custom medical key commands were not tested with any equipment
