Operating Condition: Powers on, For parts/not working
Physical Condition: Minor scuffing and scratches, labels from previous owner
Testing Notes:
Device boots up, power switch works
Display is clear
Reads back a 0F11 Error and advises to refer to the user manual
Ran utility then system test and it failed
Bulb inside works
Opened up unit to make sure all wiring and devices were present
Verified all connections to be connected
Device still gave the same error of 0F11 that was initially displayed
